Project Type: New Construction
Service: Architecture, Interior Design, FF&E
The greatest challenge of this originally bank owned home, was the layout. The spaces within the home were compartmentalized & not conducive for daily life activities or entertaining. Establishing open adjacencies and creating environments that were not only functional but captivating were the main goals of this whole home remodel.
Working within the original footprint of the structure, value needed to be added with amenities in order to align
the home's worth with its surrounding properties. In order to achieve this we needed to upgrade to four bedrooms, two laundry facilities, a flex room; exercise area / state of the art media room, and all within the 4,000 square feet allotted.
The Master Suite lures you in with a cool sophistication. In daylight hours, your senses are calmed with hues borrowed from the soothing elements of the earth, air, and water and in the evening, the element of fire brings warmth and excitement to the space. A round tub, natural stone, and circular ceiling detail reflect a sense of peace and tranquility when needed. The kitchen and dining areas are open and spectacular with windows that pull the outside views into the home. Warm cherry finishes on the cabinets complemented by the exotic Tay Koto woods with custom European detailing combine with the latest in appliances, countertops and lighting to provide for functionality and efficiency. The media room is connected to the main living space complete with a 100" screen, bar, and billiards area. An exercise facility and two fabulous powder bathrooms offer guests a full hospitality experience. Filling the rooms with all of the accoutrements one could ever need in a living space and splash of bodaciousness, make this "The Crib" you want.
